My name is Simon Öhman Thesslin. I’m eighteen years old and currently studying my last year at LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet.
I’ve always felt a need for a creative output whether it’s through music, drawing both digitally or physically or some other form of art. This led to me picking photography as an extra class so I could try out a new way to express my ideas and thoughts. So far I’ve learnt a lot, and I plan on continuing to evolve my photography technique.
My goal with this photo series was to capture the cryptic feeling of not belonging and trying to fit in. I wanted the photos to feel unresolved in a way. By portraying almost uncomfortable claustrophobic feelings and emotions.
