My name is Sveinn Hartvig Ingólfsson and I am a seventeen years old student in Iceland. I have always been interested in photography. People around me have always been taking photos throughout my childhood and I have always had a camera somewhere near me.
I became interested in photography for real three years ago when my grandfather gave me my first camera and I decided to go and learn it in the Technical School and there I became even more interested. For this project I decided to take photos of water. Because water is calm but also wild and chaotic.
I took photos of it when it was chaotic and wild. I’m trying to show how something like water can change when something disturbs it.
